About RNS
Robyn Nixon-Smith is a registered Psychologist with a background and special interest in performance psychology to assist individuals with reaching their potential. Such issues may be with motivation, anxiety, depression, or trauma. Robyn has worked with athletes, and others seeking to build resilience and coping in high stress and demanding environments. Such environments may range from sports performance, interviewing, clinical assessments, speech-giving, and corporate leadership.
She also has experience in the provision of short term solution focused services within an Employment Assistance service, as well as crisis counselling. Robyn predominantly works with young adults, through to late adulthood and approaches therapy in a supportive, client centred, and goal oriented manner. She adopts a respectful, non-judgemental approach with clients to alleviate distress and develop insight and self-acceptance.

Robyn is a fully registered Psychologist, holding general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
